How Mail Services Work
Mail will be opened, scanned and then you will be notified by email and able to view it.
Once you have confirmed receipt, and that you don’t need the original, we securely destroy them.
If you need to receive original copies, or we receive mail for you that does not simply scan, we are happy to forward those items. Yes there is a cost, and we endeavour to be reasonable about it, which is why we only charge twice the cost of First Class mail for the item, plus any packaging costs we incur.
As a general rule, we recycle all ‘junk mail’ without reference to the business concerned. If you would like us to forward this to you, we are happy to arrange to send it on for you.
